sLogo Usage Guidelines
- The Glyph Comics Award Nominee (GCA-Nominee) logo is owned by The East Coast Black Age of Comics Convention Incorporated (ECBACC, Inc.) When using the logo “ECBACC, Inc.” must be included in the listed in print. Any use of the logo deviating from these guidelines without the expressed written permission of ECBACC, Inc. is strictly prohibited. ECBACC, Inc. and or the GCA Committee reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or modify permission to display its logos at any time.
- GCA-Nominees Logo may only:
- GCA-Nominee logo may not be used in any manner that expresses or implies ECBACC, Inc. and or GCA Committee’s affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, certification or approval of any product or service without written permission.
- GCA-Nominee Logo may be resized to accommodate a specific use, but the text must remain legible. ECBACC, Inc. reserves the right to require that an instance of its logo be re-sized if, in the company's opinion, the name is difficult or impossible to read.
- GCA-Nominee Logo may be used only as provided by ECBACC, Inc. and or the GCA Committee in vertical format. The GCA-Nominee Logo may not be altered in any manner, including displayed names, dates and times, proportions, colors or elements; nor may it be animated, morphed or otherwise altered in any way in which its perspective or appearance is distorted, without written permission.
- GCA- Nominee Logo may not be altered to incorporate any other object, including -- but not limited to -- other logos, icons, words, graphics, photos, slogans, numbers, design features, symbols, audio files or video files without written permission.
- Any use of the GCA-Nominee logo outside these guidelines requires written permission (e-mail or hardcopy) from ECBACC, Inc. and or the GCA Committee. ECBACC, Inc. and or the GCA Committee may withhold approval at its sole discretion.
